Policy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: 26 AUGUST 2026

Privacy Policy

J John Consulting Services Inc (“J John Consulting,” “JJC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit http://www.jjohnconsulting.com (the “Site”), contact us, or engage us for operational, revenue cycle, and business performance consulting, advisory, or related services (the “Services”).

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for particular processing activities, we will seek that consent separately.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. We may collect information you choose to provide when you submit a contact or inquiry form, request a consultation, subscribe to updates, communicate with us, or engage our Services. This may include your name, business email address, telephone number, job title, organization, and the contents of your communications.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, access times, and interactions with the Site. This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.

Information relating to client engagements. In connection with a Services engagement, a client may provide operational, financial, billing, claims, denial, revenue cycle, workforce, or performance information. Such information is handled under the applicable written client agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) and applicable law.

Protected Health Information

The Site and its general contact forms are not intended to collect Protected Health Information (“PHI”) or patient-level sensitive information. Please do not submit PHI through the Site, ordinary email, or other public communication channels. If an engagement requires JJC to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on behalf of a covered entity or another business associate, the parties must first put an appropriate BAA in place where required and use the secure channels designated for that engagement. Visiting the Site or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a business associate relationship.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand visitor interactions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls may not affect all technologies. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a consent or preference mechanism before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. The specific tools used on the Site should be identified here before publication: [List actual analytics, advertising, chat, scheduling, and other tracking tools, or state “No non-essential tracking tools are used” if accurate].

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining business records, meeting legal, tax, accounting, and contractual requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Client information, including PHI where applicable, is retained, returned, or destroyed as provided in the relevant client agreement, BAA, and applicable law.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights to opt out of certain data disclosures or targeted advertising. The availability and scope of these rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions.
